As both a buyer and a seller that has used this company - just don't. Don't do it. I stopped buying roughly 3 years ago after a few mishaps but decided to try them for selling off inventory I had for my resell business. When I got a $2100-$2400 quote to just pick up the already packed boxes and 10 smaller pieces of furniture I should have ran. No way they are paying their employees $122 an hour (even if you deduct benefits for their employees, that price does NOT make sense). We ended up dropping off the items ourselves. But over 200 items were never auctioned and they said it was sold in cash and carry or donated and that I'd receive an itemized list. Let me assure you, I didn't. Their so called list is a joke. It doesn't mention the rugs, the netsuke ivory figurine, the vintage framed concert posters, so many items unaccounted for. This place is sketchy as all heck! Stay away. Seriously, go anywhere else.

Caring transitions moved my parents to another apartment within their assisted living place. They were extremely careful with my parents things and did an amazing job. I felt very comfortable as soon as I met Stephanie and Marie They were very efficient and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely use them again.

Caring Transitions did a great job moving my elderly mother from her condo to her new independent living apt. They took care of everything -- from cataloging and sorting her possessions and then (per her wishes) moving what she wanted to keep, and selling and donating the rest. Jared, Victoria and their staff were incredibly friendly and easy to work with. They made a very difficult move much easier to survive and I highly recommend them!

Jessica and Sharon were extremely helpful. They did a wonderful job clearing out my aunt's house so we could sell it. The were kind and understanding and their crew did an excellent job. They were also very timely, and got the job done very quickly. In addition to all that, they were extremely friendly and easy to get along with and prompt in answering any questions. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend! Roseann and her team were great communicators and she even helped coordinate my unloading in a different state. Took great care of our stuff, packed POD efficiently and all arrived secure. Would definitely use her again.
